RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY                                                                            

At we want to ensure our customers receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes sizes do not work, the product is not what you expected, customers change their minds, etc. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date.

To expedite the process, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Return the merchandise along with the original invoice/packing slip.
  • Returned merchandise must be in their original condition; unworn, unwashed and unpackaged. 
  • Personalized / Monogrammed / Embroided items are not returnable.
  • Except in some circumstances, shipping costs for items returned for refund or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

If any of the below circumstances apply to your order, please contact us via email at to have a pre-paid postage sent to your e-mail.

  • Damaged goods during transit / delivery.
  • Defective merchandise due to manufacturing errors. 
  • Orders processed incorrectly.


  • You will be notified via e-mail once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment originally used for the purchase,
  • Allow 3 - 5 business days after receipt of return for the refund to be processed.
  • Returned merchandise that does not fall under these guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.


International Returns's return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., shipping charges must be pre-paid.
